Michael Longwell and Brian were on time, clearly communicated the plan and estimated cost, performed the work efficiently, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. I continue to use Planet Plumbing because they’ve consistently been able to clear roots from my sewer line, something other companies told us couldn’t be done without excavating and replacing the entire line. I appreciate their honesty and practical approach. I’ll definitely call them again.

I rarely write reviews but this case stood out, massive shoutout to Tim from Planet Plumbing. Tim was able to come out same day to provide a same-day estimate to compare against other bids. I had felt uneasy about the bid process, I had gotten so many differing opinions it was hard to diagnose the issue. That all changed when Tim arrived, he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and honest with his estimate and took time to walk me through all his thinking around our water heater and potential other plumbing work. As a result, Planet Plumbing earned a client for life, whether we buy now or in the future. No BS over the phone - I asked for a "kitchen sink snake" cost and they told me. Other companies play the game, not these folks. When Chase came by he was professional and efficient. Made sure all his bases were covered and that the job was done correctly. If I need these folks again, I will not hesitate to call.

Great experience w/ Planet Plumbing. Chase was communicative, detail oriented, competent, and kind. He corrected the prior homeowner's crappy installation and taught me how to better maintain the new installation. I called at 7 AM and they were onsite by 9:45. Pricing was fair. Ask for Chase when you call! Update: Darren made a followup visit for a different problem and was also great. Helpful and informative, and fixed the problem.
