I had fence damage from a recent collision with a car, and then finished off in the Boulder wind storms. I contacted Golden Hands and they were very responsive. The first handyman ended up not being able to do the job. Golden Hands stepped in, arranged another guy and it went very well. Robert was easy to work with and did a great job.
Kareem's work was genius! Some of our old wood-frame windows wouldn't close all the way and some were stuck shut. We'd been trying to get them repaired for a long time and previously had even been told it was impossible and that we'd have to replace them all. Kareem figured out what the problem was right away and fixed them all at a reasonable price.
We used them for a wall repair and some patching/trim work. The work itself was acceptable for the price, but they left trash on the floor and a ton of dust from sanding without cleaning up after themselves. Update - they did reach out to make things right on the cleaning so I've adjusted the rating.
I had a great experience dealing with Golden Hands Handyman. Sasha always responded promptly and the the work was scheduled quickly and completed in a timely manner. The Golden Hands team helped us create a fresh new look for our kitchen that I just love. I am very satisfied and would recommend Golden Hands for any remodeling job
Really disappointed with this company! I saw so many great reviews so thought they were perfect to repair our siding quickly for our home sale. While Sasha responded quickly, that was the only positive to the experience. He said his team could do the work on a Thursday, then when Brian came out, he 'assessed' the siding and left to get materials. Well, he never came back. I had to reach out hours later to see if he was coming back to find out he was calling around for options. Never heard back that day. The next day, I called him with no answer. Sasha reached out asking if I was happy with the service and I expressed my frustration that the job that was supposed to be done was now spilling into the second day. He apologized but made no effort to make it right. I went with Boulder Handyman who have been prompt and professional. Just wish I hadn't wasted two days fooling with these folks.
