I bought a screen protector from the shop. The manager told me there are only two employees who worked at the store. The lady refused to exchange it because she was not the person who sold the item and promised a defective swap out. She also refused to call the other employee to verify. Was told to catch him when I can. The next time I seen him other mall months later he also refused to replace it because I no longer had the defective piece. Told me it was a terrible thing I didn’t have the defective part any longer.

Just had my galaxy tab A 10.1 cracked screen replaced here for 108$. The man there broke off the corner of the microSD card during the repair. I asked for him to replace it and he refused and suggested that the original screen damage chipped the corner of the microSD card when it is clearly safely housed inside the device. I've also been using it for about a month with NO issues except the cracked screen. Now that they broke the microSD card most of my pictures are missing and several of my programs stored on the microSD card are unreachable. I also noticed that the home button is now permanently recessed instead of being slightly above the surface of the glass. When I mentioned the home button the man stated that it was "how it is supposed to be." I am fairly certain that this guy is NOT an actual tech with any real experience on how to fix devices other than youtube videos. I am fairly certain that he will be experimenting on how to do the repairs on your device if you turn it over to him. He will even have a paper form that he will fill out to try to make the repair job seem legit. I tried to give a small business next to the Sears and across from the Pet Store a shot. My mistake for giving these people a chance. DON'T RISK YOUR DEVICE AT THIS PLACE.
