Excellent service. Knowledgeable employees and the whole works. I highly recommend this photo service. God bless America.
I recently used PJ’s Camera to convert my old VHS family movies into USBs, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The process was fast, with a turnaround time that exceeded my expectations. I wasn’t sure if two of the tapes had been recorded over with regular movies or still contained family content, and the team at PJ’s Camera went above and beyond by checking them for me. My only minor gripe is that their hours are a bit limited—they open late and close early, which might be inconvenient for some. I highly recommend PJ’s Camera to anyone looking to convert their VHS tapes to USBs or CDs.
This was my first time there. I was extremely impressed with the customer service i received . Conner was quick to acknowledge my presence almost as soon as I walked in, and came right over to assist me. Even though my camera issues are beyond their services, he was able to recommend a couple of other repair shops that should be able to resolve for me. I cannot rave enough about the level of customer service I received!
This place is great! I was gifted a Canon Rebel T6i from my mother and I'm having a hard time figuring it out. (For back story, I'm creating a video studio for work and want higher quality, more control than what I can get w/ a phone). No matter what I tried the pictures were blurry when I had it on the tripod. Figured something was dirty and I didn't want to mess w/ it. I live right around the corner from here so I came in, fully expecting a slight condescending experience. I couldn't have been more wrong. The woman there spent 20m walking me through the camera, explaining that the stabilization on the lens will make it blurry b/c it keeps "trying to stabilize" it and that will make the images blurry. I never would have thought about that. She walked me through different setups, explained basic care and all the lenses and accessories. She was amazing. At the end I tried to give her money for the time and she refused. Once I know what I need (like a 50mm lens) I'll be back to buy it there.
