They built a custom engagement ring for me, and from the very first visit, the customer service was outstanding — everyone was genuinely kind and patient, which is ultimately why I chose to go with them. They took the time to walk me through the design process, helped me finalize the details, and made sure everything felt right before moving forward. The finished engagement ring is absolutely spectacular! You can tell they really care about quality and craftsmanship.
