These guys are fantastic. They had the right tools and equipment and they knew exactly what they were doing. Other plumbers and septic tank companies were to high prices or didn’t have a clue what they were doing! The sewer line was full and they knew they couldn’t locate the tank unless the line was empty. They sucked it dry, ran the camera and located the tank immediately. Another company had come out and thought they could locate the tank with the line full. They even brought a supervisor who couldn’t figure it out. They tried to witch the tank and decided to dig 50’ over from where the tank is actually is. They only dug about a foot down... These guys are fantastic. They had the right tools and equipment and they knew exactly what they were doing. Other plumbers and septic tank companies were to high prices or didn’t have a clue what they were doing! The sewer line was full and they knew they couldn’t locate the tank unless the line was empty. They sucked it dry, ran the camera and located the tank immediately. Another company had come out and thought they could locate the tank with the line full. They even brought a supervisor who couldn’t figure it out. They tried to witch the tank and decided to dig 50’ over from where the tank is actually is. They only dug about a foot down gave up and went home after 6 hours on location. After Paradise located the tank they dug with there excavator about 2’ down and found the hatch. Opened it up and found it full. Started sucking it out and discovered tree roots coming out of the T pipe from the leach line. Removed the roots from the T line and emptied the tank. Used the excavator to expose the leach lines on the outside of the tank and removed 16’ of line that had tree roots in it. Replaced the line and inspected the tank for any other damage, which there was none. Covered the system back up and now we have a septic tank that works perfectly. Thanks to Don and his very experienced excavator operator. The job was done at a reasonable price and completed the work in only a few hours. These folks are Professionals and I’d recommend them on any job you might need them.
