I'd give these guys 10 stars if I could. Visiting from Salt Lake, major vehicle malfunction at Sun Valley where Tim and his crew arranged to have our vehicle moved, then relocated to Boise for repairs and helped with all of the commotion surrounding such an activity. While we're not happy about what occurred with the vehicle, we consider ourselves very fortunate that we were able to get Pioneer automotive on our side. They're friendly, fair, and find proactive solutions.

A chance encounter on a flight from SLC to Sun Valley resulted in me meeting Tim and learning about his business. My Tesla Y was in need of two front tires before my return trip to Canada. The next day Tim was able to arrange delivering the two tires to me in Hailey, and replacing them through his sophisticated mobile van service with his assistant. A great service for which I am most appreciative. This is an amazing business!
