This shop did a great job fixing my bumper after an accident. Their communication was great throughout the whole process and the quality of their work is excellent. They had a quick turnaround time, getting my car back to me the same week I dropped it off. Would highly recommend this shop!

People love to hit my car when it’s parked & these guys have fixed me up 3x now. Their communication is great, the work is awesome. Just picked up my car today and it was beautifully repaired and detailed- THANK YOU!!!!

Don’t hesitate if you’re considering using this business. This is quite literally the best body shop I’ve ever had the pleasure of using. Yes I said pleasure. Their Customer service is unmatched in this industry, at least by my experience. My truck had been damaged by hitting an elk. Needless to say a ton of front end damage to my 2018 Tundra. The team at Perfect Appearance was communicative (answered all emails and returned calls promptly), knowledgeable with insurance companies, and experts in the art of auto/body repair. I can’t say enough good things about this company and the people who work here. My truck was finished in 4 weeks, and it only took that long because of a lag procuring certain parts, which is an industry wide issue.
