I went to Ketchum Auto to get an oil change which should've been simple and painless. Unfortunately, it was quite the opposite. When I picked my truck up they had replaced my engine filters (without asking) AND accidently turned on a restrictive mode (called myKey). When I confronted them about the issue they tried to help me and then said they couldn't fix it. When I requested that they pay for the problem they created, they blamed me (said I was irresponsible and suggested I had turned it on). The way I was treated was incredibly unprofessional. It took others requesting that they pay for the repairs to get them to finally cave (at the end of the day it was a 12 dollar charge because they didn't pay the guys at ford the labor fee). All in all a pretty terrible experience that cost me a full day. I would avoid at all costs.
