I usually don’t leave reviews. But I need to leave one for my experience. Yesterday I had visited two other furniture stores and was looking at close to $1000 for a reclining chair that’s electric. I had almost given up when on a whim I decided to stop into pieratts. I was walking around overwhelmed and admiring things I didn’t need or have the money for when a gentleman approached me. After giving a very flustered overwhelmed description of what I needed I stopped took a breath and explained my situation. My mom’s older with health problems. Her newest Dr said “sleep with your feet dangling” which contradicts her other doctor telling her to put her feet up. The suggestion a recliner. Something that takes planning and saving usually. I told the man who helped me I needed something affordable and he found me a clearances floor model perfect for her needs. This morning she woke up and said she slept for 10 hours. It’s the best sleep she’s had in months. Thank you to the worker who listened to my concerns and helped me find the perfect thing for my mom’s growing health needs. 10/10 do recommend, 10/10 will come back.

I purchased a GE Range in May from Pieratt’s and it was delivered with the drawer at the bottom busted. The experience went down hill from there. The range had one issue after another, I felt hurt, frustrated and helpless. No one was listening. I finally went to the store on Reynolds Road to make one last plea at getting the range fixed. I found the manager there, Mike, and he listened. He was kind, and promised he would make it right. He, went above and beyond for me. I so appreciate his efforts, on my behalf to getting the issue of a bad appliance replaced. I wish I could express the emotional relief I felt when he listen and addressed the issue. A big thank you to Mike for listening and addressing my concerns.

Collin and Shannon were great! This is the second time we have received an appliance here. Both times, your guys worked hard, were fast, and were careful with the appliance and our home. Do whatever you must in order to keep these guys on your team!

This is where my great grandparents bought the families first television, my grandparents bought their first washing machine, I bought my first refrigerator, and my parents will buy their new range. I’m so glad to have a family, local business doing so well in the big box era. As you can see by the pictures, these amazing delivery folks spent space to get this refrigerator in my tiny townhouse kitchen. And Mike was a great help with the sale.
