The company is an A+. Worked around our schedule. Jeremy was very knowledgeable and diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend this company. From the initial phone call to to the completion of the service this company is top notch.
Easy to book the appointment. Communication was great but a warning if you have an " As-Is" appliance purchased from scratch & dent they will NOT service it. Today my technician arrived and immediately refused to service our fridge because it has an "As-Is" stamp on it. I also was required to still pay the trip charge even though he was here for about 5 minutes.
They were nice and friendly. Fixed what was needed. However the only complaint I have is that they were there for around 20 minutes and it was a very easy fix apparently but I got charged $190. Not sure how but oh well. No parts were used, just a good 15-2 minutes of work. Other than price everything else was just fine
We have had several small things go wrong with some appliances, including a larger problem where the hood vent exhaust fan went out completely and it was only a little over 2 years old! Today it is a problem with the dishwasher, Jesse came out and needed to order some parts. He is back today and noticed a problem where the dishwasher wasn’t properly leveled when it was installed. Jesse installed the new parts and then carefully leveled the dishwasher so the top drawer quit sliding out all the time. First Jordan, who installed the new exhaust fan and now Jesse have gone above and beyond to help us keep our appliances running.
