Other reviews are so bad but I really like it i was very scared cause i need my phone to be fix a soon as possible and i check other two places and i only waste my time he gets my phone done in like one hour and everything works fine 💯 % recommend it

Absolutely TERRIBLE. Took my iPhone here because I dropped it on the front and the screen was cracked but still worked and turned on, he put in a non-factory screen and now my back camera and flashlight doesn’t work. He made me fill out a form and write “no” to half of the stuff I knew still worked, but he couldn’t check because the screen was cracked. I was told he could replace it with an iPhone screen but it was some aftermarket trash that isn’t a real apple part. I then took it back to him saying I want a refund and all I got was arguing about how I “should’ve known” that it wasn’t a real apple screen, but wasn’t informed before replacement. He also used the form I filled out against me saying that I wrote “no” on the stuff that he TOLD me to, even though it worked (my back camera and flashlight) He then said “are you new to this world? You don’t know they make aftermarket screens?” He continued arguing and refused to give me a refund. DO NOT bring your iPhone here. Replying to the owner’s reply: we took my phone into Best Buy, which they ran a certified Apple diagnostic on my entire phone and found the rear camera and flashlight still functioned, they just weren’t properly connected when this scammer replaced my screen. Not everyone knows that they make aftermarket phone screens and we weren’t informed that the screen installed was not a factory part. This is not how you run a business. Extremely disrespectful and talked over me the whole time I was trying to explain why I wanted a refund.

This guy has no idea what’s he’s doing.. Save your money and time, he said he could replace a phone screen but made it worse instead of fixing it and still charged me $125.. This shouldn’t even be a business, can’t believe you can do your job…

Came there to buy phone cases to support a local business and since the reviews were good. The prices were expensive ($35 for a cheap phone case). I decided I just couldn't justify supporting a local business for that much since I could get the same cases for $10 online so I went to return them and he doesn't allow refunds. Pretty brutal. I could only exchange it for something I hope to sell and recoup some of my loss. I see most reviews are for his phone repair/maintenance. I may try going back to him for that if the need arises but I otherwise would not buy any phone accessories or other products.

Sam did an excellent job on my phone. The top half was cracked and froze and by the time I got it back it looked like new.. gave me a good discount on the screen to fix. Love it I’m finally able to use it with out cutting my fingers. I recommend going to him..
