PHONE TECH

Went in to get the back of my iPhone 14 fixed. I initially called a week prior for pricing on my exact phone and was quoted a reasonable price. I went inside the store a week after calling to pay half for the service in which I was able to do in order for them to order the part, however, the guy in the front was very adamant about not fixing my phone for the quoted price. He asked me when did I call because in his words “this may not have been the correct store I spoke with” so he literally asked for proof of me calling in which I showed him. He then still did not acknowledge the price. Not until I told him the actual model of my phone. Then he goes “oh you have a 16, sorry about that”— well being that you fix phones everyday you should’ve probably asked instead of assuming I had the model you thought I had. I felt like he was determined not to honor the price I was quoted until I told him the model of my phone. I’m not sure why he didn’t ask in the beginning, just for clarification. Nevertheless, my phone was fixed in a timely matter, I just didn’t appreciate the push off vibe that was given to me. Didn’t anticipate that after having a welcoming over-the-phone conversation the previous week. I trust the repair process was worth it.

Phone Tech was the BEST, most efficient, and understanding technological appointment I have ever had. The man at the front desk was so kind and friendly, and I was in at out of the door super fast. For any of my phone needs, I will always return to Phone Tech.

I inadvertently went into Phone Tech to inquire about an iPhone screen repair. Nathan was friendly and ready to assist. The most amazing feature was the price. After pricing the replacement at AT&T, I was willing to tolerate the cracked screen. I’m so glad I stopped in Phone Tech. It was definitely a pleasant experience and welcome surprise. It’s always nice to receive honest, trust worthy service at a reasonable price!

Phone Tech is awesome, hands-down one of the most reliable places in the area for phone and gadget repair. I've had my iPhones serviced a couple of times in the past, and they are extremely knowledgeable and offer fair prices for the repair. What really impressed me was the fact that they are honest about their limit of knowledge and expertise. I took my girlfriend's old gaming PC there once, and the staff member who took the PC admitted he wasn't the best person to do the job, but he would give it to another staff member who was more knowledgeable about PCs. This honesty is incredibly important and frankly often lacking in the electronics service industry these days. I am always pleasantly surprised by their depth of care and their work ethic, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this repair shop to everyone.
