I took my Google Pixel to this store to replace a broken screen. They charged me $250 and installed the screen. At first, everything seemed fine, but after just three weeks, the screen started failing. When I contacted the store, they immediately told me it was my fault, claiming I must have dropped the phone. I checked online and found that this type of failure usually happens with screens that are not original Google Pixels parts — fake or low-quality screens. I asked the store for the invoice or proof that the screen was genuine, but they refused to provide it, which only made me more suspicious. I also spoke with tech forums and friends who know about devices, and they all agree that the screen is likely fake. Overall, I feel misled and deceived. I do not recommend bringing your devices here: they can charge you for a genuine part but install a fake one, blame you for any problems, and refuse to provide proof. Very disappointing.
