Was having issues with Office 365 when setting up a new Dell laptop. Kris was recommended to me by my law firm. I can't tell you how pleased I was with Kris. He would not rest until the problem was completely resolved and the program worked as I wanted it to. On a scale of 1 to 10, the service I received was a 15!
I needed to take my DVD player in to get a stuck disc out of it (no eject hole) but Kris took the time and gave me over-the-phone instructions/suggestions which worked. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He saved me a trip and charged nothing for the help. We will definitely use his services for future Mac needs.
I have a 2012 Macbook that was close to dying, and I was considering buying a replacement. Kris upgraded the hard drive and streamlined the processes. The laptop is now running better than ever and I'll get several more years of use out of it. Great service, quick turnaround, and reasonably priced! I highly recommend Mac Solutions.
