I took my car to another shop to get the heat and air fixed. That shop just kept adding another part after another part they claimed I needed making it add up to a really costly repair and my heat still didn’t work. I took it to Logan at The Car Doctor and they got my heat working perfectly and for much less. I will definitely be taking my car back to The Car Doctor for anything else I need, they were honest and helpful and even took the time to show me how my parts worked and explain it all to me.

I’ll gladly give this business a 5 star review. If I could do 6 I would. Had to have AC compressor replaced in our 2019 Pacifica. We took it here first and they told us what was wrong. We looked into doing it ourselves and called around to a couple other shops and they beat everyone’s prices by almost 1000 dollars. Took it in and got it back the same day. Everything works great and was even given a “spring special” discount of 74 dollars. If you need work done to your car definitely give the Dr a call.

I called about an issue my car was having after my engine light came on and they were able to me in the next day after a couple other places in town gave me a 1-2 week wait period which was a nice surprise. After diagnosing the issue with my Jeep, they were able to fix it the same day, we’re reasonably priced, and I was able to drive myself to work that night! VERY IMPRESSED! And Melissa is great! She is so friendly and helpful and even offered to pick me up and bring me back to my vehicle if I needed a ride; I appreciated that but didn’t end up needing her to do so. Had high engine rpm issues, was a safety hazard to drive. James did his best to address the issue, finding more budget friendly parts and sticking with the car even when it had more problems than expected. He was very nice and due diligent about everything and has offered to help fix the other underlying issue without extra pay; safe to say, we’re doing business with them in the future for sure. He was also very honest about everything, so thank you, James!
