I was looking to buy a house and the realtor suggested these guys because we already found cracks in the wall. They luckily noticed one was bowing. They fixed the crack and the bowing wall but they were also supposed to inspect the rest of the foundation. About 6 months later I got water in my crawl space to which they only found 4 cracks and another company found 8 and other problems. I do not recommend and I'm hoping the work they did holds up.
Pretty good experience with them. The crew showed up on time the first day, and seemed to get things done. I think my only critique would be a little better communication on what's going on. I got sent an invoice for final payment before the actual work was done so that was a little concerning. They did lift part of the foundation that seemed to level out the interior. edit (8/10/2025): I was told by the foreman in June '25 that I'd be receiving data on the amount of force used to lift the foundation. And... also told by the office I'd be receiving a warranty packet. Contacted the office several times and was assured that the documents were being sent. Well, 2 months later I haven't received anything with no reply to my last email. Make sure you get everything promised before sending them your final payment. Would be nice to have this documentaion for if I ever sell the house....
They repaired both our foundation and the foundation of one of our friend's houses. Nothing but good things to say about this company. They were very respectful and had great communication. Can't recommend them enough!
Rapid Foundation is phenomenal! They are extremely fair priced for all that they do and strive to make sure their work is done right the first time. They go over everything that they are doing to make sure you understand. These guys are a great asset to making sure you don't have more foundation issues in the future. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you all for everything!
Above and beyond our expectations! Nathan, Justin, Orlando, and more. This team of professionals is honest, courteous, punctual, educated in their craft. We did our research beforehand and checked 3 different companies before making our decision. They weren't the cheapest and not the most expensive. What stood apart was how Nathan Parkin was so honest, patient, empathetic, straight forward, and stayed with us for 3 years prior to fixing our home's foundation with no promise that we would use him but he offered his expertise and advise all along the way. His crew was super friendly and great at what they did. This is a company you can fully trust and you can be confident that they are the right choice in your home repair. PS Nathan even went the extra mile and insulated our campervan conversion with the polyfill!
