My review here is based a lot on customer service. My girlfriend had some windows installed and was very impressed initially. When doing anything like this to your home. We all know it can get very pricey. Recently she found some some problems with the seal around the window. That could probably lead to other issues. When she contacted Pella their response was anything but understanding and helpful. Very unprofessional and definitely not expected. They were quick to say there would be a charge to even inspect the window. Even tho it's clearly a issue in its construction. Again there was a substantial charge for the window and for them to not back their work is unacceptable. I would not recommend their services to anyone

Conor guided me through the entire process from start to finish, reviewing several window design options before we selected the final one. I completed the installation myself with a three‑person team, following the manufacturer’s installation manual step by step. The window is certainly heavy, but it’s very solid and well‑constructed. The only reason I rated this as a 4 star rating is because they would not produce the casement windows for the sides despite giving me a window almost identical to the one replaced. My advice for Pella is to start producing old stock designs and sizes because these windows grow expensive.

Pella Windows did an amazing job replacing a lot of our windows. Our sales rep, Chris K, did a good job listening to what we wanted and found the exact product to fit our needs. He was very upfront with the cost and installation expectations and answered all our questions. He was also quick to respond to any questions that I had after our meeting. The instal team was quick and professional. They showed up at 8:30 and had all the windows done my 1:30. They did a quick walk through with me at the beginning to explain everything they were going to do, and then another walk through at the end to show all their work. Highly recommend Pella if you need to new windows.
