Had a great experience getting the battery replaced on my Dell laptop. The staff is friendly and they took care of ordering the part for me. Once the battery came in, I had my laptop back the next day. All for a reasonable price! Definitely recommend checking them out for your computer needs.
Fantastic, personal service. They didn’t try to milk me dry financially. On the contrary, they were incredibly honest and real. They looked for the best deal they could give me on a new screen, but afterwards recommended that I use the money towards a new computer instead. Fantastic people.
This shop is located right behind my mommy and me boutique. My Mac Book would not turn on having charging issues. I called them, they said bring it on over. I arrived no wait, they troubleshooted it. They found out I had a bad charging cord. They had an affordable cord on hand to purchase. I was in and out in 5 minutes and back at my shop within 10 minutes. I highly recommend them!
