Cache Road Glass Screen & Mirror

Had screens made to fit my windows, they had no pins or clips to hold screens in place in window frames, had to send them back, when the installers came to install the the screens the second time they left one screen out and said it was “an extra screen” but when I looked my one window had no screen in it (in a row of three windows directly beside each other) and I pointed at it and said it isn’t an extra it belongs here, the installer played dumb and tried to install it but the clips and pins were placed on the incorrect sides so it wouldn’t fit. They had to leave with the screen and redo it again and when they returned the following week with the screen it still wasn’t fitted correctly and the installer had a nasty attitude so we sent him on his way. I would not in good conscience refer anyone to this business. The time frame, quality of work and customer service doesn’t even deserve one star. Complaining was pointless because the installer stated his brother owns the business. Edited to add that four days later one of the screens is already torn away from the casing.
