Extremely helpful and polite brought my sons switch in cause it wasn’t charging turns out wasn’t broken but really appreciated his help and was extremely flexible on pricing highly recommend going here and will further take my business to him

I had the perfect experience at PC Pals. My 2017 iMac is running better and faster than it when it was new. Fast service and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place.
I called them to get some information on my computer, they suggested that I bring it on in. He took a look at it and show us this small little computer, blew my mind on how small it was and the price was really good. But then he said that he would find out if mine was repairable, called me in a few hours told me what was wrong with it, and he could fix it and the price, may take a couple of days no problem, well I got a call that it was fixed the next day. So happy for it works great. I would highly recommend PC Pal's to anyone, I would definitely go back to them. I even put their number in my contact list on my phone. Lol 😂
Kole did a fabulous job of diagnosing the issue with my laptop. He had it back to me in 24 hours and it has worked great since. Ready to talk to and took the time to explain things to someone less techy like myself.
