Matt at PC New Horizons worked on our computers to fix our problems. we dropped them off at 9:00am . we had several things to in Everett he called us and told us we could pick them up at 4:00pm. we are senior citizens and he is very good and setting up our computers to be easer for us to use. Thank you so much Matt
