We had an urgent electrical situation, and their customer service was exceptional from the start they accommodated us immediately and got us an appointment within just a day. A huge shout-out to their technician, Michael Parent. He truly went above and beyond, driving almost two hours to get to our home in Bothell. Despite the long drive, he arrived right on time. EMC Electric did an exceptional job installing my Tesla Powerwall, Gateway, and two chargers. The power in my house was surging and causing various issue. I called EMC and they sent Mike P and Roman out to us. They were both very friendly and professional. I was immediately confident that my house was in good hands. They got to work right away and upon discovering that the problem my house had was dangerous made arrangements to fix it immediately.
