I went to Kevin with an issue with my tablet and he was very upfront about the repairability of the device. He was very helpful and knowledgeable despite the fact that he did not provide a chargeable service. Would definitely revisit for other issues.
Brought in an old work Laptop for them to help get into and it was stolen. No phone calls, no return of item. Ghosted!!! Don’t trust them.

Steve is amazing! I was hardly in the door before he had my laptop on the adjacent counter and was running diagnostics. Friendly, personable, and professional, he asked me general questions that clearly showed he was very knowledgeable but not in a condescending manner like so many IT people have the bad habit of doing. Though he was not able to determine immediately what the problem was, he contacted me later in the day with the solution. The charges were more than reasonable and he had my laptop ready the next day. Like a good mechanic or an honest attorney, a reliable IT professional is hard to find. But not for me any longer. I'm bringing my future business here to let Steve do his magic. If you're honest, work hard, but can't afford paying big retailers for over-priced computer repairs that take twice as long, come see Steve at PC ICU.
