WASTE CONNECTIONS - DALLAS

So I can honestly say I’ve never left a review for a garbage company before, but Michael, who runs truck 23 that comes through Heartland, has been serving our home for a while now. And I literally mean that.. the man has been serving our home. He is the most polite and respectful gentleman I’ve ever had coming by to pick up the trash. I go out there a lot of times to meet them because I feel bad about the large items I set out sometimes, but Michael has always been so accommodating and professional about it. Recently, I came home to my garbage can up by my garage door rather than down at the curb, and I went back and looked at my driveway camera to find Michael going above and beyond by pushing it up there out of the way. Again I just really felt compelled to get on here and just let Waste Connections know that they have a really excellent team out here, who is taking their job seriously, while going above and beyond to be friendly and professional!

Our neighborhood is genuinely impressed with the service we receive from truck # 23. The whole team is professional, friendly, and considerate. They even take the time to place our trash cans back neatly and politely greet you. My 2 yr old goes out there every Wednesday morning and they always take a moment of their time to acknowledge him in different ways. It makes his day and mine. Special shout out to Michael who goes above and beyond! Great work, guys!!
