My furnace stopped working after hours just before one of the coldest nights of the year. I contacted Patriot and within 10 minutes I had a call back from Jayden. Within 20 minutes he was at my house. Jayden was fantastic and so helpful, he took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. When it comes to heating and cooling Patriot is one of the best companies I have worked with, they have been my go to company for over a decade and when you are in a pinch they are there to help! Follow up to my first review: About a week later my furnace started acting up again. I called Patriot back out, and the tech who came was just as professional and kind as the first tech who came out. After diagnosing the issue, he advised that the furnace needed to be replaced. The owner personally worked with me, quoted me a fantastic price, and made sure I understood all my options. Mike was out the very next day and had everything up and running quickly. As always he was great to work with, answered all my questions and made sure everything was running perfect before he left. From Stephanie, who was so helpful on the phone and got everything scheduled quickly, to the tech who came back out to diagnose the issue, to the owner and the install team, every single person I dealt with was fantastic.

On a Sunday afternoon we requested service for a failing furnace, and Josh was able to make it to us the next morning despite the recent snow and cold snap. He was extremely thorough, communicative, and friendly. We ended up opting to replace the furnace with Mike and George showing up the very next day. Being able to turn up this fast, both days, when many systems in the area were likely stressed, was the best response we’ve ever experienced with an hvac servicer. The new furnace install was very clean and fixed a lot of issues left by the previous furnace setup. Patriot is a great company and we highly recommend them!
