Paragon Flooring

Paragon Flooring has done terrible work and refused to fix anything. After sending a certified letter to the company and contractor notifying them of termination and a 10 day period to come fix the problems paid in full for no response until I go to the business and tell them John Cullota need to contact me and I need all my receipts and invoices I was told John has them and he will contact me. Instead of getting invoices John states my statefarm estimate is his invoice which is false and then directed me to his attorney. This company knows they are doing wrong but refuses to make it right.

My mother in law had her kitchen and bath countertops remodeled and tile backsplach put in with Paragon and they did an outstanding job. They showed up on time and early one day and stayed until my MIL was satisfied. The workers took extra care to cover the flooring so they would not damage any existing tile or carpet and they thoroughly cleaned any mess they made. The project supervisor came near the end of the project to assure that the job was done correctly and that my MIL was completely satisfied with the work. We would highly recommend Paragon for home renovation projects. This was the second time we have used Paragon and we're not done yet. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job!!!
