If I could give negative stars, I would. This is one of the shadiest businesses I have ever encountered. They market themselves as a “tech repair shop,” but in reality the store operates largely as a pawn shop with a vape counter, which feels misleading from the moment you walk in. The owner consistently overcharges and aggressively upsells customers, then provides inconsistent and inaccurate information about pricing, repair timelines, and the quality of parts being used. Wonderful store wonderful customer service and all the games and phones and accessories

Would give it a -5 star. I went in to get my phone screen replaced and the part they ordered kept getting delayed so it was almost two weeks after i ordered the part it came in, then when i took it in to get it fixed the guy absolutly shattered the back of my phone and said they were gonna charge me to replace it. Then about three days after they "fixed" it half of my screen doesnt work and they wont refund me. So i ordered the parts on my own and they came in in 2 days, so if you need to get your phome fixed i would stay far away from this place unless you like wasting alot of time and money. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided concerning the warranty for a recurring issue. I believe it would be beneficial to clarify the terms of the warranty. I was advised to have the same issue repaired at the same cost. 🙃Subsequently, the Samsung Flip phone completely malfunctioned later that day, with both screens turning white. I propose that the optimal course of action would be to repair the device and then consider a trade-in, as issues may reoccur after repairs.
