I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided concerning the warranty for a recurring issue. I believe it would be beneficial to clarify the terms of the warranty. I was advised to have the same issue repaired at the same cost. πSubsequently, the Samsung Flip phone completely malfunctioned later that day, with both screens turning white. I propose that the optimal course of action would be to repair the device and then consider a trade-in, as issues may reoccur after repairs.
