Paradigm responded quickly and Scott was great. He quickly diagnosed two issues- bad shutoff valves and faucet. He had everything wrapped up in a little more than an hour, including a quick trip to the plumbing supply store for parts. The cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Jessie and Mike did a great job! Our job got scheduled the same day, so they had to work extra hours at the end of their day to complete it, which we greatly appreciated. They finished quickly and were very professional and knowledgeable. Jessie had no problem answering all of my questions about why our old water heater failed. Would recommend!

Highly recommend Paradigm and Jesse! Had a backup in our basement that led to water all over and they were able to get Jesse out quickly that same afternoon (in a snow storm no less!). He quickly identified our issue and explained to us what happened and how to prevent the issue in the future.
