Paradygm Plumbing really came through on my hot water tank replacement. The Process was seamless and efficient And of course, the work was of the highest quality. I would definitely call Paradigm again in the future and/or recommend to anyone thinking about using them. Well done, thank you so much.
Paradigm responded quickly and Scott was great. He quickly diagnosed two issues- bad shutoff valves and faucet. He had everything wrapped up in a little more than an hour, including a quick trip to the plumbing supply store for parts. The cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend!
Highly recommend Paradigm and Jesse! Had a backup in our basement that led to water all over and they were able to get Jesse out quickly that same afternoon (in a snow storm no less!). He quickly identified our issue and explained to us what happened and how to prevent the issue in the future. Prompt, professional, polite, personable!! The whole experience with Paradigm Plumbing was exactly what all customer service companies should adhere to. From quote to completion, flawless. Made an appt by phone, office staff was a pleasure to talk to. Kevin arrived on time, heard what we were after, quoted, answered all our questions & sent quote within hours of visit. Scheduling couldn’t have been easier and was on our time (even though they were available sooner). Day of service with Mitch & Jessie was a homeowners dream. Outside was cold, snowy, salty (walk & driveway). They supplied and wore shoe covers to protect our floors without being asked. They worked together beautifully, putting new filter in optimal spot taking up least amount of space and they kept the space clean. Upon completion they explained new water filter system operation in detail and made sure we were satisfied with their work. They stayed and humored us with some good natured small talk and they left our friends. Literally, the Best! Don’t hesitate to call them for any plumbing needs.
Jessie and Mike did a great job! Our job got scheduled the same day, so they had to work extra hours at the end of their day to complete it, which we greatly appreciated. They finished quickly and were very professional and knowledgeable. Jessie had no problem answering all of my questions about why our old water heater failed. Would recommend!
