Palisade Pest Control

Stanley came to do our quarterly treatment today and was wonderful! He wore disposable shoe covers prior to walking through our home, which is such an important thing to us! We’ve been using Palisade Pest Control for close to a year now and have had nothing short of a great experience each time - highly recommend!

I’ve been with this company for three years, and I just wanted to give a special shoutout to Laura. She was extremely thorough and took her time both inside and outside of my home. She asked detailed questions to make sure she fully understood any concerns before treating, which I really appreciated. She was professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in her work. Anna provided great service at my house. She was very thorough and took care of the areas that needed treated comprehensively. She was also very courteous and professional in her demeanor.

They texted my number saying I owe them money, even though I've never been a customer of theirs. After they sent several texts like that, I clicked on the link and saw that the account has a similar phone number to mine - just one digit off. I tried messaging them to tell them that, but to no avail. They continued sending payment links to me. Fast forward to today and I get contacted by a bill collection agency. I find out it's for Palisade Pest. I look at the link the collection agency sent and find that the number is one digit off. Stanley and Palisade in general have always come on short notice and with exceptional customer service. We had a few ants pop up around our sink and Stanley took time to explain how to treat them, prevent them next time, and what he did to make that happen. Appreciate it!
