Central Termite and Pest Control

I've been using this company for over 15 years now. No complaints, they show up on-time and helpful. HOWEVER... I've tried to call the office and the woman is incredibly rude. She answered with an negative attitude and put me on hold... 2x and hung up the last time. Very unpleasant, and unprofessional. It's been 2 weeks now and I haven't been able to pay for our annual service.

As a Realtor in NWA for 20+ years, I have used several termite companies in my business. After being referred to Central Termite, I was definitely impressed with with their professionalism. They are honest and ethical in their bids, price and service. But more important to me is the quality of their PERSONAL customer service. There is nothing more important to me as a Realtor than to know my homeowners are serviced by professionals before and after closing. Jessie came out and was so professional and did an amazing job. He really cares about the customer. Then the office lady Lysa was so courteous and understanding. She worked around my schedule to make it work for me and was so polite. Highly recommend them.

I really appreciate that we have the same inspector every year. Victor is very professional, courteous, thorough, and friendly. He is a wonderful representative for your company.
