Over the weekend, we had an emergency septic issue where our basement was flooding. After reaching out to a few places with no luck, we called P&P and within a few hours, they came to our house. Not only that, when another issue popped up again later that night, they came out to our house at 11:30 at night. We really appreciate the help and assistance during that stressful time!
We started with frozen septic pipes,ugh. Called, emedate answer an arrived following day. Within hour had pipes unthawed Huge relief! 2 days later problem,they came right back. Took care of problem quickly. They went above my excpectations. Mike ,tyristan,and Kevin were exceptional young men. Polite engaging an answered all my concerning questions. Normally 4 Star or better (pump out every 3 years) but this last visit the driver arrived before 7am and was completely done once I went inside in the 2 to 4 minutes more than the time it took me to go in to write the check! (He was completely ready to leave when I came back out!) I'm skeptical the full 1,000 gallons was pumped out because the cover was back on and covered with dirt. I did reopen and impossible to tell how much pumped but he seemed over eager to suggest a 2 year instead of 3 year revisit. Great service in the past but this time it left me very skeptical.
We have been very happy with the services that P & P have provided. Tyler, Travis, and Joseph were all pleasant and professional to work with. Their response was prompt and our issue was resolved within 24 hours. They pumped our tank, inspected our pump to ensure it was functioning properly, and lastly they jetted out our leach field. We appreciate that they were very knowledgeable and spent time educating us on our system; suggesting future maintenance to ensure that our system functions at its best. Overall, we have been impressed with their customer service and know that we can rely on them for managing the needs of our septic system. Highly recommend P & P for managing septic needs!
