I have called upon Harvest Water Heaters several times, and will do so for any future plumbing needs. Chad is friendly, he respected our home, showed up on time, and answered all of our questions. We love our tankless water heater and would recommend using this company.
Exceptional company. Chad prioritizes professional, high quality services and charges very reasonable rates. He thoroughly explains the problem and offers suggestions and options so you can decide what you want to spend. He doesn't up charge or up sell like several other familiar, well known plumbing companies I have used in Fort Collins. He is always busy but always able find a spot on his schedule, so critical and an emergency. Having a reliable professional whom you trust to work on your home and equipment is priceless, esp if you are retired and on a fixed income. I Highly recommend Harvest, Water Heaters, and Chad!
Chad did a great job replacing our 25 year old steam shower unit. He was able to find an upgraded model from the original manufacturer so the retrofit was painless (i.e. no tearing out any walls into the shower)! The total cost was extremely reasonable. Be sure to get a bid from Harvest Water Heaters before hiring anyone else! Aside, Chad has been our go to plumber for years, and I'm excited to see that he has started his own family business. He and his wife are specializing in tankless water heaters and I couldn't recommend them more. We've had our Navian for 10 years and it's paid for itself twice over in gas savings. Plus you never run out of hot water!
Chad is excellent, responsive and very kind to work with. We have worked on several occasions this past couple of years with Chad on both a tankless water heating system and so grateful for that change as well as new plumbing in kitchen renovation and lastly inspecting to make certain all our plumbing connects are in good shape throughout the casa. We can highly recommend this fine human.
