I called this morning, the secretary scheduled me for Friday. She gave me an estimated price over the phone of the service call charge as well as hourly rates. She ended up calling me back later and offered to get me in today due to a cancellation. The gentleman that came out was very kind and professional! He had the door fixed, another door adjusted, and all three doors oiled in less than an hour! He explained to me why the doors were doing what they were doing and how to fix the issue. He went above and beyond, oiling the doors when I didn’t even ask him to. I’m very happy with the work and the price was VERY affordable. I had let the door sit unused for 3 months because I assumed it was going to be 2 to 3 times the cost of what it was. If we have anymore troubles/needs with/for our garage doors, we will be using Overhead Door of Terre Haute!

great service. I talked through my problem with a guy. I forgot his name but I wish I could remember so I could use it. He then gave me options with no desire to sell me just to help. I ended up buying a brace for $35 which worked out great. Thank you so much for working with me and giving a realistic a good solution I ended up being able to do myself.

We told them what size our door springs were so they would be prepared, but they came without springs and charged us for delivering us a spring (shouldn't have been charged for this since we told them what we had) but for being fair...(1 hour driving time.) We got charged for their driving, which would be 26min x 2= 52min (round up to an hour.) Two guys worked 1 1/2 hrs (40min a piece.) Apparently this is $590 of labor. I am displeased with them not telling us hourly rate after I called for itemized bill (shop rate and driving time.) I didn't get any numbers over the phone. It looks like it would be $200 an hour. There work was good which is why I gave them three stars but I can't believe the labor price on this. This is our fault for not getting prices up front. Next time I will do more research. I just couldn't fathom it would cost this much.
