My garage door opener (for my Overhead-installed garage door) wasn't working - even though I replaced the battery. Called thinking I would need to replace the four-year-old opener and they could mail it to me. The workers happened to be coming to Hobbs (about two hours away from Roswell) today so the dispatcher said they would stop by. Not only did they fix the opener (the tiny 3 volt battery I was using was wrong plus they had to reprogram it), the workers also spent more than 30 minutes trying to get the I-link opener on my car working when I casually mentioned I'd never been able to get it to operate. Even though they weren't successful, I was super impressed at them volunteering to drop by my house to fix the remote, then take a shot at the car remote - even looking it up on you tube. No charge. I've dealt with this company on several occasions now and their above-and-beyond service is par for the course. I highly recommend this company.

Very impressed. I called on Wednesday to get my garage door checked and there was not an opening until next week. The young man on the phone said he would try to get me in by Friday of this week. I received a call the very same day Wednesday and two young men came to the house and fixed my garage door sensors within about 15 minutes. Very nice job and I appreciate the customer service. Waiting for the bill;)
