This company is very professional, and it came a few days after I called them. I originally had another company put a new garage open a system in just a little over a year ago and apparently they didn’t do a thorough job as it broke in a little less than a year. The gentleman that came to my house was very professional and he did the job thoroughly and in a timely fashion. I highly recommend overhead door.!
I normally don't make reviews, but I'd like to give them a shoutout and mad respect for everything they do. I've had my new garage door openers installed almost a month ago and they work great! Smooth, quiet and intuitive. The installation was straightforward too, thanks to Matt and Mike. Only took about 2 hours. Craig was also a huge help and super friendly! His recommendation to replace the openers instead of the doors themselves made all the difference, financially speaking (plus the doors were already in solid condition). The only real downside was the wait, since a part they had to order a part that was out of stock. Took a couple weeks, but it was worth it in the end. 😆 Keep up the great work, fellas!

My experience with this company was outstanding. My wife and I recently replaced our garage doors and the Overhead Door Company of Pioneer Valley made it easy. Craig promptly came out to assess the garage. He patiently answered all of my questions and helped me choose the ideal products and options. The guys who did the installation (Matt, Steve, and Mike) were also outstanding. Their professionalism and technical skills were top-notch. I was so impressed by their attention to detail and the quality of their work and am very pleased with how the project turned out. Every single person I interacted with at this company (from administrative personnel to technicians) was courteous, capable, and just really good at their job. I would recommend Overhead Door to anyone.
