Excellent experience! Lorenzo is fantastic at communication, I never felt in the dark. I needed a new ceiling fan to replace an old one that no longer worked. I was able to describe what I wanted for the ceiling fan, sent him pictures, and he did the leg work of buying the right one. His employee Alex installed the ceiling fan, installed a new overhead fan in the bathroom that includes a light, and replaced the dryer vent cover outside when it was below zero! Everything was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. He showed up on time, communicated clearly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving, also making sure I knew how to use the new features. Professional, reliable, and high-quality work. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

When our home insurance required that we replace a custom cellar door with very little notice, the Mr. Fix It team were a major help! We worked with Lorenzo, who not only got our door ordered an installed ahead of a major deadline, but came out on one of the coldest days to do it. We're relieved to have the door replaced, and very happy that we called them to do it. Definitely going back the next time we have a home improvement need.

8 weeks ago I decided to refresh my kitchen with new appliances, I am a first time homeowner with no clue to what the simple act of buying new appliances entailed. I got recommendations and I made appointments with not 1 but 3 plumber/electricians, I confirmed 3 appointments the day before and got 3 no shows. I decided that I probably could do this myself, because seriously how hard could it be 🤣 So I went out and ordered my new appliances and was informed what a delivery person could and couldn't do and what needed to be done to be up to code 😐 So I went home and panic emailed the first couple of handymen that popped up in the Google search as well as a couple of community pages in my area, because my appliances where going to be delivered in 3 days 🤢 In less than an hour my phone rang and a voice said hi, I'm Mr Fix It, how can I help? So in my panicked state I told him what was going on, in less than an hour he was at my door assessing my situation. He walked me through what needed to be done, he purchased the disposal that needed to be replaced, as well as the power box for the stove, he and his partner Alex removed the old appliances and made sure that everything was ready for delivery of the new appliances the day before and was there as soon they were delivered to finish up the installation, and only rolled his eyes upon realizing I forgot about the range hood 😁 Mr Fix It is the best and I highly recommend

The Mr. Fix It team was very nice to work with. I hired them to install an exhaust fan in my bathroom, and vent it out to the exterior of the home. They also moved the existing light switch that was previously installed in a poor location. Lorenzo answered immediately when calling him the first time, and sent me a quote within a couple days of calling him. To get the quote, I simply had to send a few photos and answer a few questions about the home and what I wanted. This process was very easy and convenient. The quote he gave me for the work was very fair. Both Lorenzo and Alex, who worked on the job, were courteous and happy to answer my questions. They did good work and cleaned up any mess that was made from the work that was done. I appreciated their promptness, workmanship, fair price, flexibility, expertise, and overall kindness. I would definitely hire Mr. Fix It again!
