we are very pleased with how our door looks , the installation team was great! however our salesman, justin, was less than ideal to work with and if we needed another door done i would request someone else. Justin mailed out a quote for a random door (still don’t know what it was supposed to look like) for 3600$ When we was at our house he told me that design and window style didn’t change the price, so we chose the window style and the type of door. Little did we know it was going to almost double the price. I texted him what we wanted he said no problem, instead of telling us the price would change he just sent a new estimate to us with a new price of almost 6,000. Didnt really matter cause we wanted to pay for something we wanted, so we ordered it. Gave us a estimate of 6-8 weeks before it would be in stock. I waited 10 weeks before giving him a call, the door had arrived but i was never notified with a installation date until i had to inquire. Day of installation, the crew asks why i got such a expensive door and i explained; i was eventually told that essentially i was sold a door we did not need and we paid way more than we should have. Overall the company is great, we enjoy our door and the installers were great but justin made us feel cheated
