Broke down beside the road on our way home and couldn’t find a single shop that would work on our car until I talked to Caleb. He said he could work us right in and as soon as the car rolled off the tow truck they moved it directly into the shop and started diagnosing it. Turned out to be a fairly simple fix and in an hour or two we were back on the road. Thanks again to Caleb and Butch for being here and helping us out in our time of need! Town Car from South Dakota
The very best place in the State of NE to take for your car or truck to be repaired correctly. The staff are kind, professional, and friendly. You can tell the have a special relationship with GOD.
Unbelievable service. We broke down on I 80 on our way to Utah from PA. This place is extremely helpful. Genuine and Sincere staff. With no appointment, they stopped what they were doing upon our arrival to assess the situation. We had a diagnosis with in minutes. Our water pump was shot on our 2017 Jeep Summit. We were in a hurry and worried we were out of luck. The crew at Butch’s reassured us that they could get us back on the road asap and they expedited the repairs. They were as friendly as they were productive. They had our parts arriving within minutes and the repairs started shortly thereafter. Extremely knowledgeable and efficient mechanics. As promised they did a great job on the expedited repairs and had us on our way within a few hours. Old school service here at butch’s. The pricing was very reasonable. I recommend anyone who is having issues to come here first! You’ll be in great hands. Thanks to everyone. The experience was exceptional!
these guys are the absolute best! broke down on the interstate and towed in - Shawn/Sean and Chris went waaay above and beyond to help us out and get us back on the road. if you need mechanical help in the area and are wondering who to trust - trust these guys! hands down the best. highly recommended.
Driving from California, halfway through our trip landed us in North Platte with our check engine light on. Butch himself was super generous with our charge, did it in a timely manner and even helped us understand what it was that caused the issue. Highly recommend to anyone that needs a quick fix within a nice environment!
