We had a great experience with Franklin AC repair for a recent maintenance service. Brett Rutledge was professional, on time, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure our system was running efficiently before he left. Highly recommend!
I’ve used Franklin multiple times for different types of projects (HVAC, Water Heater, underground water line) and they’ve been fantastic every time. They communicate extremely well, have awesome people, schedule service extremely quick, and have always had the best pricing for every quote I’ve gotten to compare. I had Axell Morris service us today for our HVAC inspection. He was extremely helpful, listened to my questions and took care of everything I needed! He was awesome! I’ll just note this because people may wonder: Companies like to ask for 5-star reviews, so those are always highlighted on the website. Google is probably a better gauge, but I can genuinely say for the 8+ times I’ve had them do work for me, they’d get a 5 star every time. And to be clear, those 8 times are not related, but their quality of work and service carries through to all the services they provide.
Amazing company and team.We had a mishap during cleaning with one of the chandeliers falling down. Jamie came over to us promptly and got the situation salvaged. Incredible service. Very appreciated.
Ayden, our plumber tech came by today and replaced our kitchen faucet! Service was friendly, super fast and easy! Love their texting capabilities which makes scheduling, arrival updates & changes a breeze! Pricing was clear upfront, which is appreciated. Will definitely use them again.
