Very responsive team! My job wasn't complicated, but they found the leak and replaced the line in a timely manner. These guys are busy, so once I was on their schedule, they came and handled the job as arranged. I was looking for a licensed & insured company to do the work: Cox Plumbing & Leak Detection provided me with the requested information; they pulled the permits too -- and were nothing but very professional and courteous during the entire process! Highly recommend!! We called Friday, and Justin was here Monday morning to locate and fix a water leak in our yard. He happily answered all my questions, located the leak in about 30 minutes, gave us the option to fix it today, and quickly dug right to the leak and replaced the broken pipe. He even replaced a plastic part next to the leak at no extra charge because they often break. We appreciate you saving us possible future issues and expense! It was money well spent to have him do the digging and plumbing. Thank you for a job well done!

These gentleman treated me right. They scheduled me out and didn't pull other customers ahead of me. They were on time and completed the work. They didn't do any work that they didn't need to do and communicated with me throughout the process.
