Amazing work. We had urine stains on a beautiful and expensive wool rug due to fostering a dog. The work was amazing. The urine stains are gone, the smell is so clean and the rug looks like new. Great service and excellent work.

Great company. Pleased with the entire experience. We requested the premium pick up and delivery service. We also requested that our rug be stored for an additional few months for a very reasonable fee. So here’ s the thing that makes them stand out in the customer service arena. The rug looks brand new after 6 years of foot traffic without any cleaning. Michael who answers the phone is extremely easy to deal with, here is the kicker, the two gentleman that delivered the clean rug and set it up were two of the most mannerly, personable guys I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and having in my home. Aaron and CJ were knowledgeable about rugs, they followed directions and moved furniture and laid our rug with great care and were just really nice guys. By the time they left, we wanted to invite them back to have dinner with us on the patio. You just don’t get this kind of service anymore. If your looking for someone to treat your rug like it’s a piece of furniture and actually look forward to working with delivery people who are just all around good people, this is the business you want to work with. I had a large wool area rug cleaned. It was picked up and returned quickly and the rug is perfectly cleaned. Noah and CJ took the time to make sure it was put back exactly as it should be and were very careful moving furniture.
