Brothers Floor Covering

I had Brothers do two different jobs at two different properties recently, and I am very happy with both of them. I really liked that they had managers walk the jobs with the workers and with us before starting, and that managers came by every day (sometimes multiple times) and at the end as they continued to check on things for quality and any questions we had. Also, when the guys discovered a way they could improve on what we agreed to and discussed it with the managers, the kitchen job finished EARLY and cost almost $700 LESS than we had originally agreed to. That never happens! I will definitely work with Brothers again. It was a great experience.

I had a great experience working with Brothers to install the floors in our new home. We went into the showroom to ask about replacing the old carpet with LVP before we moved in, and Andrew was very friendly and helpful in showing us different samples and answering any questions we had. He came by the house to take measurements, and we discovered that there were old hardwood floors under the carpet in three of the rooms. Time for a change of plan! Andrew helped talk us through our options, and we decided to keep the existing hardwood floors and install new hardwood throughout the other common spaces to tie everything together. Carlos stopped by the house to sand and stain several samples on our existing hardwoods, and he did a beautiful job sanding and finishing the whole house once new planks were laid down. They worked with our schedule and went above and beyond to have the floors ready for our move-in date. I'm very pleased with the craftsmanship of the floors, but was also impressed by their expertise, good communication, timeliness, and congeniality. Brothers rolled with the punches and helped deliver us some amazing new floors.
