Like other have said when it works it is good. But when it is down support stinks. They don't list and I can't get to a local person. They keep blaming my equipment. My equipment is brand new it is not my issue and they don't listen.

Cameron knowlton is a heck of guy I got a random call yesterday and I usually dont answer but I did and he happened to be I'm in my neighborhood and wanted to see if I was interested in possibly internet services. And I entertained the thought and he stopped by and ended up getting service from me and my cousin at her home that was visiting, and it was fast took 5 mins or so to set up the account and get service going, and I called him back for a minor issue that happened to be user error lol but this guy went out of his way and came back today in the cold and with his already busy schedule to make sure everything was good to go, he's very polite and well spoken def recommend this guy. I don't never do reviews never have but here I am for the first time and its bc he went above and beyond and I wanted to show my appreciation if I could give him 10 🌟 I would but def 5 out 5 on everything. Thanks Cameron be safe out there buddy.

It's good when it's good and bad when it's bad. Overpriced for the quality and reliability. Techs are usually scheduled within a day or two which is awesome because in May we had to schedule a tech and they didn't show up until July 4th and how horrible the poor tech had to puss 4th of July with his family. Just wish we had better options around this area. Stuck with optimum!!!
