Rob was very helpful, really appreciated his help in getting a new fob for my daughters Subaru. He ordered it and got it in, in a relatively short period of time. Set it up on her car quickly and efficiently, including the door key. Her car is a push button start. He was very thorough even made sure the old one worked after the programming the new one. He has helped us in the past and always does an excellent job. Will definitely continue to call him when the need arrises. Really appreciate his fast and friendly service.

Our church purchased a Xerox Workcentre 7556 in December from Craig Tedrow from iTech and have been very pleased with the great customer service we have received. Craig made a special effort to assist us with the hook-up, networking, and function of the new machine. We would recommend highly iTech and the professional service we have received in just the short time we have had our copier. Craig came to our rescue by setting up and instructing us in the copier usage to produce our church’s annual report, which was due just a few weeks after our purchase. It looked wonderful! We would not hesitate to recommend this company and their service providers. We feel very thankful to be able to count on their great customer service and assistance.
