We have placed multiple orders through online metals for different products and shipping has always been fast! They are on top of their game and fulfill orders very quickly! This last order got damaged in shipment, so I emailed customer service. To my surprise, we had a resolution the same day and a replacement order was shipped out! Katie from customer service was a great help and very friendly! We definitely plan to continue doing business with online metals!
