They are extremely professional and are so personable. We had three jobs at our house and they did them in one day. They were perfectly done and explained everything they did. Pricing is good and if need be will subtract money for jobs not needed that originally were in the estimate. Don’t see that too often. They are our plumbers from now on. So pleased.
Blue Frog Plumbers virtually got back to me quickly and sent a plumber out to my house the same day Jim was very professional, explaining to me what was going on at every step of the way, leaving no unpleasant surprises. He fixed our problem in an amazingly short amount of time and even cleaned up after himself. Jim was professional, courteous Very trustworthy. Richard came out and very quickly was able to identify that my water heater needed replacement due to corrosion. I have an unusual one and he was able to quickly find the same model new and line up the replacement to happen next day. He was timely, courteous, and a clear communicator. I greatly appreciate the work they did!
Richard Brundage and his assistant were very professional, arrived on time and quickly assessed our problem. We had a cracked 4 inch sewer pipe that went from a second floor bathroom to the basement. They were able to remove and replace the pipe and get our bathroom functioning in a short time. It was a pleasure working with them.
