Joe was very prompt and replied to my request. Unfortunately, that is the only good thing about his service. He indicated that the fireplace was cheap and probably made by children. He told us it could not be fixed and that we would have to buy a new one. He did not look at the owner's manual. A neighbor helped me troubleshoot the fireplace and found that the wall switch needed replacing.

Joe was able to get a 30 year old propane fireplace working, and working well, after it hadn't been running for 5-10 years. Other companies had only wanted to sell a new fireplace install, and instead Joe helped me save thousands. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, communicative, and fair. I highly recommend calling Joe.

Joe came out today to repair our fireplace. Our home is 22 years old . We’ve lived here almost 6 years and have never serviced or cleaned the fire place. Not a good idea. Nonetheless, Joe did a great job and now it looks new and works like new.We will use this company again for cleaning and service. Thanks Joe!

We reached out to Joe for help with a 12 year old gas fireplace insert that wasn’t working. joe came out the same day, identified the problem, and found the replacement part online so i could order it myself to save money. joe was absolutely the best
