Haines Furniture Restoration

This old icebox has been in my family for over 70 years, always tucked in someone's basement waiting to be restored. We took this to Mike and team and asked that it be repaired (the back was missing), and refinished. They stripped it down, both inside and out, buffed the hardware, stained and finished it and we couldn't be happier! It's a true conversation piece and looks great in our newly finished kitchen. We would highly recommend Haines for furniture restoration. We even saw some very intricately detailed pieces in his shop that we being finished, they looked incredible! Mike was great to work with, and his prices we reasonable for the work being performed. We will be on the lookout for other pieces that Mike can breath new life into.

Mike Haines and his team did a fantastic job on our Link-Taylor King Size Rice Poster Bed. I asked Mike to cut off 10 inches at the bottom of each bed post so the bed wasn’t as high. We’ve had it 38 yrs and we needed a lower bed since we’ve gotten older. It looks beautiful after they returned the bed to us. Everything from the pickup, delivery and workmanship was excellent. This is not the first time we’ve used Haines Furniture Restoration- and we’ll use them again. For a GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE - I highly recommend them. Thank you!

Mike and his team did a marvelous job restoring the caning in our 45 year old Bentwood rocker in which we spent endless hours rocky our little kiddies . But, it spent 35 years in the attic and was destined for the dump. Too many memories prompted a call to Mike. His recaning work along with a couple of coats of mineral oil and it looks like new! And the bonus is that Mike couldn’t be a nicer, more honest person. I highly recommend him.
