Absolutely stellar work and very communicative. You can call them in on an emergency and still get a top notch water removal service. They also always put in the extra effort to make sure that mold never sets in. All in all, fantastic service
My experience with this company was outstanding. Their estimate of procedure and cost was itemized to the last detail. The workers were punctual, friendly and efficient. When the job was almost completed Robert said to us. “Do you have any questions. We want this job to be perfect in your eyes not ours”. Would highly recommend this company and will call them again should the need arise. The last thing they said when leaving was “if you have any questions please don't hesitate to call us”. We had a very positive experience with ON THE SPOT business. With the bill they had attached pictures of the job from start to finish. That was great. Try them you won't be disappointed.
I developed a leak behind my shower in my condo which allowed water to enter the bedroom and soak the carpet. I called several restoration companies, but On The Spot Restoration was by far the most responsive and was in my unit within two hours setting up fans and dryers. The owner, Robert Bell was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. I highly recommend On The Spot over the large national companies for your water removal needs.
On the Spot did a total professional cleaning as well as a complete interior painting of our condo. Our unit has never looked better!
We had a great experience with On the Spot Restoration. We had flooding in our kid's bedroom just a couple weeks before our new baby is going to be born. We had to get it done timely. They were professional, communicated with us very well, were always clear about what they were doing, and were flexible with our availability. Highly highly recommend calling them for your restoration needs. If we have more restoration needs, On the Spot Restoration will be my first call.
